PAUL BAUM, CEO
The Nextra story starts with Paul Baum, entrepreneur, founder and CEO of PlanITROI. After $1B+ in lifetime sales between his two companies over 35 years as a CEO in the technology life cycle industry, Paul sought a strategy to x10 his business from $100M to $1B and exit at the top. In his pursuit Paul spent the past 4 years talking with scratch made billionaires, the best-in-class acquisition strategist, Investment Bankers and Private Equity firms which, led Paul to the creation of Nextra. Paul realized his best strategy to exit at the top, was to bet on himself and other enterperuer business owners who want to be apart of something bigger than all of us as individual business owners.
Nextra was born from Paul’s vision to unite profitable businesses owners and their leadership that have similar core values, experience and bring a difference maker to create the best-in-class global leader in technology life cycle platform. Paul has laid out the investment criteria and formula to build a profitable $1B+ Technology Life Cycle Platform aimed to harness the unique strengths and resources of our collective partners, fostering innovation and global change. Our goal is to build a global platform, encompassing: IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), refurbishment, trade-in, depot repair, reverse logistics, returns management, and buy/sell.

Supply Criteria
Supply should come from its first user under a contract, with some predictability, under profitable T&C’s and with a reason that they should stay with you long-term.
Financials
Healthy Gross Margins & EBITDA along with financial stability with a track record, and very little debt.
Next Steps
NDA, Basic Due Diligence documents provided, LOI if all looks good, then further due diligence and close.
